10 Steps to an Event setup
10 Steps to your outdoor party Hoecker setup

The Freestanding Hoecker is a party must for any major outdoor event. The great thing about the Hoecker is it has no centre poles, thus allowing more room for seating or dancing if it is the case.

The Hoecker is suitable for level grass areas or solid surfaces such as concrete or flooring.

Hoeckers are also available with Silk Linings. After clear walls or a clear roof? A Marquee might be the way to go. Either way, Camden Hire’s Hoeckers and Marquees can be modified to suit the occasion. See our staff setting up a Hoecker above in 10 steps  from start to finish. Decked out with tables and seating, then decorations for pizazz, you are ready to get your event underway!

Tip: Make sure you leave room for the dance floor!

Portable Air Conditioning

by admin on February 3, 2010

Portable Air Conditioning

Portable Air Conditioning

Camden Hire’s Portable Air Conditioners use a compressor to produce cool air. It extracts the hot air out the ducts provided (approx 5 metres). If the hot air is not vented, the portable air conditioner will not be able work effectively and cool the room. The portable air conditioner also comes on wheels, making it easy to manoeuvre around.

Where can they be used?

Home, Apartments, Office, Club etc…

How to use the Portable Air Conditioner:

1. Simply wheel the portable air conditioner to acquired room.
2. Attach one end of hot air duct onto the machine and put the other end outside or into another space where heat can be transferred to (e.g roof space).
3. Plug machine in, turn on.
4. Adjust cooling to desired level.
5. Check reservoir for water and empty when necessary.

Why use a portable air conditioner than a portable air cooler?

* Air coolers use a fan over a water reservoir dragging moisture therefore adding humidity to the air, while air conditioners remove humidity.
* Air conditioners cool the room down quicker.
* Air conditioners you can control the temperature, while air coolers you don’t have any control.
* Air conditioners provide you bacteria free dry air while an air cooler doesn’t.

Specifications:

Height: 1400mm (without ducting)

Depth: 660mm

Width: 500mm

Ducting Length: approximately 5 metres

The Camden Hire Portable Air Conditioner can be delivered & picked up by us or you can simply pick it up yourself with either a trailer or ute.
